Single Origin Tasting Kit

This is where single origin chocolate makes sense.

Inside every kit you’ll find four bars from our current production – a rotating selection of single origins, milk, blonde & infused chocolates, chosen to give you the widest possible range of flavour, origin & character in one sitting.

No two kits are identical. What goes in depends on what we’re making, which means every kit is a genuine snapshot of The Cocoa Project at this exact moment in time.

Alongside the bars you’ll find everything you need to taste properly. A chocolate flavour wheel to give you the vocabulary. An origin card for each bar telling you where the cacao came from, who grew it & what makes that particular corner of the world produce chocolate that tastes like nowhere else. And a tasting card to record what you actually taste, because the point of a tasting kit isn’t to be told what you’re supposed to find. It’s to discover what you do.

It works equally well alone on a quiet evening or shared around a table with people who think they already know what chocolate tastes like. Either way, something will surprise you.

This is bean to bar chocolate made in micro-batches in Amman by Jordan’s first craft chocolate maker. Four bars is enough to understand what that means.
