From cocoa bean to finished bar, every step happens here – by hand, in small batches, in Amman.


We source single origin cocoa beans directly from farms we trust  ethically traded, organic where possible, always chosen for quality over convenience. Unlike mass-produced chocolate, our micro-batch process lets the beans speak for themselves.

No shortcuts, no unnecessary additives, nothing to mask what a really good cocoa bean tastes like.

What's in our chocolate?

Cocoa Beans

We currently source organic (where possible) cacao from a supply chain company that is a responsible intermediary that provides cacao farmers sustainable prices & access to the market.

We choose to work with cacao producers that value the environment & work to maintain the biodiversity of their land while keeping their workers healthy & safe.

Cocoa Butter

Certified organic, single-origin cocoa butter made from beans sourced from Peru.

Cocoa butter is deodorized through a steam injection method that removes volatile components. These components contribute to the natural odor of cocoa butter. This process results in a cocoa butter with significantly reduced odor.

Cane Sugar

Organic cane sugar is grown without chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides, & is minimally processed. It retains some of its natural molasses resulting in a beautiful blond colored crystal. It has a slightly warmer, more full-bodied taste.

Infusions

Infusing the flavors of various ingredients into chocolate bars during the manufacturing process. This can result in a wide range of unique and exciting flavor combinations.

A Brief Story

We are Jordan’s first bean-to-bar & micro-batch chocolate makers, based in Amman. At our workspace, we roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, & temper small batches of beans. Each bar is then molded & packaged by hand.

We only source high quality, ethically sourced, direct trade & where possible organic cacao beans that ensure better prices for farmers, better cacao beans for us & ultimately better chocolate for you.

Transparency in the chocolate industry is crucial for promoting ethical & sustainable practices.

By providing clear information about the origins of our cocoa & the practices of our producers, we’re not only educating consumers but also fostering trust & accountability throughout the supply chain.

cocoa beans*, organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar.
